John and Patricia Peterson live in Christchurch, New Zealand. Both started playing piano in primary school, and neither pursued playing again for many years.

In 2007 they decided that they would like to learn to play, and there began a long and winding road (with appropriate apologies to the Beatles) to finding an online piano course that was both complete and inexpensive.

This website details their research and their findings. It is intended as personal opinion only, but is in John and Patricia's opinion, the best review of piano courses online as it reflects a real-world experience.
